Pazoo, Inc. (PZOO) - What Makes Penny Stocks Such A Fantastic Investment? - Penny Stocks

It will probably seem a little ridiculous, nonetheless with the newly discovered popularity of penny stock trading; some common people have been able to pocket serious cash on just one or two trades - buying stocks for pennies and selling them for serious dollars.

I know, it does sound a little too good to be true, but don't think for a minute that it's not happening just about every single day. You can find tons of corporations whose stock price had dipped to actually pennies per share and in some conditions fractions of a penny per share, who've made very surprising and volatile rises to levels that are 2, 3 or (seriously) 10 or 20 times that price - literally in days.

Don't believe me? For substantiation, Take a quick minute to check out a couple of these stocks your self, for example Sunpeaks Ventures, Inc.. (SNPK). If you happen to type in that ticker in to your favorite financial site, Take a look at their historical charts for the last 90 days or so; you will see that the company was riding at a pretty unremarkable $.43 or 43 cents a share close to mid March, and reached as high as .40 in only a few weeks. It wouldn't take a lot of math to understand that just 0 could have changed into almost 00 in only a matter of weeks. Its for these reasons everyday folks are able to afford to quit their jobs and just trade one or two penny stocks a month, at the same time being able to pay all their bills and live in a relaxed manner.

With just a little bit of research and a little bit of keeping your ear to the ground, you can make fantastic profits from penny stock investing; and it doesn't take the long term investing that you usually have to be ready for when you invest in your average blue chip stocks. The big stock investors can get a %5 rise in a week's time ( This is a very good week for them), but if you've only got 0 to commit - getting in a week is certainly not cause to jump up and down... best you can do with that kind of gain is go to a movie... by yourself!

Similar to any investment, of course penny stock trading comes along with risks, but think of this: if you're able to invest $500 in a penny stock and likely turn that small investment into thousands within weeks (and I don't mean 52 weeks) - the risk/reward ratio weighs hugely in your favor. Then again, you can invest in nice "safe" blue chip companies and possibly see a gain of a couple hundred bucks a year.. that's if you don't invest in top of the line blue chips like Tyco, Enron or Adelphia...lol.

As a matter of fact, right now, we are looking a company named Pazoo, Inc. (PZOO). This particular stock went from dormant to trading over 1 million shares as of last Thursday. The price was pretty constant all day Thursday, even with the heavy trading (staying at $.10 per share), but then on Friday -things started to change ( the stock closed at $.135 - a 35% gain in One day). As of this publishing, the stock is continuing to climb today (7/23/12) climbing to just under $.15 per share. What to take notice of with this company is it's fundamentals; a good team, good product mix and revenue!
